Confidentiality Agreement
The Customer agrees that the information obtained and shared on the Forman, Inc. Logged In Website is to be considered confidential and proprietary to Forman, Inc. and the customer shall hold the same in confidence, shall not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of its business with Forman, Inc. and shall disclose it only to its officers, directors, or employees with a specific need to know. In order to receive the benefit of using the Login/Place An Order feature, the Customer will not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from Forman, Inc. to any other party whatsoever except with the specific prior written authorization of Forman, Inc.
